What’s in my Gym bag?

Who else is addicted to exercise? After work, I head to the gym four times a week even though it’s quite hard for me to visit the gym afterward ’cause I’m usually exhausted after work. You always have to stay motivated and try not to make some excuses e.g. ‘i’m tired’, ‘packed gym today’, etc.
The best way to be motivated is to exercise with your favorite gym clothes, shoes or shower with your favorite wash cream after your workout. So, I’m showing you what I put into my gym bag…
1. Gym clothes
My favorite sports shoes are from Nike – Dual Fusion Run 3. They are very breathable and comfortable. I always exercise in sports leggings made of polyester, because they are very stretchable and nobody can see how much you sweat after your leg workout.
2. face cleaning tissues
After work, I don’t have time to remove my makeup before the workout begins. So the best thing you can do is to clean your face with some tissues. This is why, face cleaning tissues are the most important essential in my gym bag. My favorite ones are from “bebe young care – 5 in 1 ” for sensitive dry skin.
3. Headphones & workout playlist
If I ever forget my headphones at home, I would drive back to get them. I don’t feel motivated or comfortable in the gym without my favorite workout music (especially when your training partner isn’t there to exercise with you). Here’s a little sneak peek at my workout playlist:

4. Beauty products
After my workout, I usually shower with my wash cream of Victoria’s secrets. I can’t describe the scent but it smells so nice. Afterward, I use my super soft body butter – coconut milk and again of Victoria’s secrets. It absorbs quickly and nourishes your dry skin.
Nobody wants to smell of sweat and feel dirty. So my favorite deodorant is from Dove “Soft Feel Anti-Transpirant-Roll-On”.
6. Water bottle and Shaker
One of the most important essentials is your water bottle. You always have to stay hydrated! And if you drink protein shakes after your workout, put a shaker into your bag.
7. Gym bag
My gym bag is not that big and not too small. It’s medium size and perfect for me to put all my important essentials in. What’s the perfect size? It depends on how much stuff you want to take with you.
8. Hair ties and bobby pins
What could be more annoying while your workout routine? Right! Loose hair or baby – hair. The easiest way to get them out of your face is to use some hair ties or bobby pins.
9. Dry Shampoo
You don’t feel like washing your hair today or don’t have much time? Use a dry shampoo. I can only recommend (and only use) dry shampoos of Batiste. They will give your hair a nice scent and your hair will look like you freshly washed it.
