Protein pancakes Ingredients (2-3 people):
- 200g Impact Whey Isolate My Protein – chocolate brownie flavor (you can use any protein powder)
- 3 whole eggs (you can also use the egg white)
- 2x Bananas
- a little bit low-fat milk (not too much, otherwise it’ll be too liquid!)
- 500g low-fat quark
- 200g berries
