Whey Protein Pancakes ?

Hello Guys,

today I’ll show you how to make some protein pancakes. Why am I showing you a recipe for protein pancakes? Two weeks ago, I started a new fitness journey to change my dietary habits. So I have to stay healthy and follow my diet and workout plan. If you want to know more about it, just let me know.

Protein pancakes Ingredients (2-3 people):
  • 200g Impact Whey Isolate My Protein – chocolate brownie flavor (you can use any protein powder)
  • 3 whole eggs (you can also use the egg white)
  • 2x Bananas
  • a little bit low-fat milk (not too much, otherwise it’ll be too liquid!)
Topping Ingredients:
  • 500g low-fat quark
  • 200g berries
